Product Description

About

Emrol-OL is a high-potency emulsifying liquid cleaner specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial stains.
* Target Stains: It excels at removing Grease, Black Oil, Tar, and Industrial Grime that happens during stitching or fabric handling.
* Dual Action: It acts as both a spotting agent (pre-wash) and a detergent booster. It can be added to the main wash cycle to help lift general factory oils from a whole batch of garments.
* Compatibility: It is generally safe for all fabric types but is particularly effective on heavy cotton and industrial blends.

* Appearance: Typically a yellow or straw-colored liquid.

Storage

To maintain the shelf life and chemical stability in your warehouse:
* Environment: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat.
* Temperature: Ideal storage is around 25°C. Excessive heat can cause the emulsifiers to separate or degrade the plastic bottles over time.
* Shelf Life: Typically 12 to 24 months if stored in the original airtight container.

* Incompatibilities: Keep away from strong acids and oxidizing agents (like bleaching powder) to avoid hazardous reactions.

Safety

Emrol-OL is more chemically aggressive than standard household cleaners, your clients should follow these protocols:
* Skin & Eyes: It is a concentrated surfactant/solvent blend. It can cause irritation on contact. Nitrile gloves should be worn by workers handling the concentrate.
* Inhalation: Use in well-ventilated areas. While not as volatile as pure acetone, it still carries an industrial chemical scent that can be overwhelming in closed rooms.
* Ingestion: Highly toxic if swallowed. Keep away from food-grade storage areas.

* Environmental: Contains powerful emulsifiers. Ensure your clients are aware of local Jaipur water disposal regulations, as concentrated discharge should go through an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant).
